I am extremely dissatisfied with this…
I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. They charge to complete forms for insurance and for shipping medication. Because they are out of state, you have to have prescriptions filled by them and there prices are double what I have paid at my local pharmacy! My initial consult was 20 minutes and the charge was $275!

Hi Tricia. We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. Defy Medical does not take any form of insurance. We do however provide Claim Assistance to our patients who would like to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement by completing a CMS-1500 form. Due to the administrative work that goes into this, we do charge a $19 fee. I will have a member of our team reach out to see if there is anything we may do to improve your experience with us. Defy has wonderful customer service from the front desk all the way to the calls with my provider Beth.
I get so much valuable information on my calls with my provider Beth. My labs were good 6 months ago and even better as of 11/23. I’m very happy with Defy. I’ve been a patient since 5/22 and I will definitely continue to be a patient well into the future.
