Disappointed in that I’ve waited 3 weeks to meet Mike, joined my zoom and he wasn’t there. Understood family emergency but nobody reached out and it was another 3 weeks before I could talk to him. Suggestion would be to prioritize folks who had their appointments cancelled.

I sat by the phone for 30 minutes waiting for the call, thinking nothing of it since the time before, the call was 20 minutes late. I finally called to see if something was wrong. After another 15 minutes I was told that I was mistakenly scheduled when the NP was not in. I sat on the phone another 30 minutes while someone talked to management, only to be scheduled 3 weeks later.
