I’ve had Melissa Faulk over 10 years now. There is no one capable or qualified. I think that’s obvious, since she is booked solid for over 3 mos at a time. I’m 77 and will never give her up. It’s fantastic talking to a provider who understands your needs, goals, and has you best interest in mind. I’ve worked with other clinics where I felt unheard. My experience with Defy has been wonderful and I can’t say enough about Ben. You’re in good hands with the team at Defy Medical.

Dr Calkins took the time to discuss symptoms and treatment without me feeling rushed. He agreed to my request for increased dose of one of my prescriptions so I felt listened to. Very friendly and caring.

The Doctor is always well prepared, answers the questions I have and discusses any issues I have with depth and clarity. Communication is always very good whenever I have an issue. 5 stars. Zero complaints.
