Mike is a good guy. He knows what he's talking about and good at explaining things. He is surprisingly easy to talk about sensitive subjects with. Also, he is always on time.

Dr.Saya takes his time and explains everything to me. He’s very caring and knowledgeable. It’s great having a doctor that listens to me and addresses my concerns.

Marissa did a great job going over my labs with me, she was able to answer my questions, and we were able to tailor my care plan to my goals in a very organic way. I do not feel like my care plan is a cookie cutter system, but very custom and well suited to making sure I’m getting the most out of my experience.

Mike is easy to work with, knowledgeable, patient with my questions. We usually wrap things up in 30 minutes even though appointments are an hour. If you’re looking for a provider that knows his stuff, he’s your guy.

My appointment was scheduled for 5:15pm. I never received a call. I called at 5:30pm and was told she was running a little behind and to just stay by the phone. I never received a call. At 6:30pm, I called back in. I was told that she would be available at 7pm. I had already waited over an hour for a call and had things to do so had to reschedule to a different day.

The experience was like talking to a buddy. Very easy to go over your problems and needs, better than in an office.
