Beth was very thorough and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed and I I was able to cover all of my concerns about hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and skin care.

I appreciated that Liz would listen to…
I appreciated that Liz would listen to what was happening in my life, so should give me some direction with my health! Thank you Liz!! We talked about all of my medications and how i was feeling. In addition there were areas ive been struggling and she gave me alternatives to achieve my health goals! I would recommend her to anyone!! Soo helpful!! Thanks again Liz!

Defy is the best
