Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that Defy Medical does not manufacture or ship medications directly, and orders are sent by our pharmacy vendors. While we don’t control the pharmacy’s return policy, we do provide instructions on how to report damaged or broken packages to help guide patients through the process. Dr. Saya listens to all your questions and concerns and takes them seriously and offers solutions. It is refreshing after coming from a regular primary care doctor that you would see for yearly physicals who does not listen to your issues and offers unhelpful advice or says it's normal. Being on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy has actually made a positive change versus if I would have done nothing by listening to my primary care doctor.
