I’ve been a patient of Defy Medical for nearly 11 years, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. What sets Defy apart is their comprehensive, preventative approach to hormone replacement therapy (HRT). They offer a wide range of treatment options and take the time to truly listen—working collaboratively with patients to uncover the root causes when something still feels off. Every provider and staff member I’ve interacted with has been incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and easy to work with. Their pay-as-you-go model, along with the ability to use HSA and FSA funds, makes it much easier to prioritize hormone health without breaking the budget. My only regret is not starting sooner. If you’re frustrated with the limitations of traditional insurance-based providers or tired of being brushed off by so-called “experts,” give Defy a try. They’ve changed my life—and they just might change yours too.
