Customer service helped me big time, explained my issue and actually refused to sell me something I had asked for because it would actually make my problem worse. You can't ask for better.

These guys are honestly the best host I've used. Their products are phenomenal, and their customer support is even better. My last host, which I shall not name, was nowhere near the level that DMC is at. These guys provide powerful and efficient servers for a great price. Not only is their actual staff great, but their discord community is awesome as well. If you have trouble with setting up some plugins or need help finding something, drop a message in the discord, and people are willing to help. Just the other day, I couldn't find an up-to-date plugin, and TWO people offered to update a version for free. It's crazy how much better DMC is than other hosts.

I've been using Dedicated.MC.io for a couple of months now and have been incredibly happy with the service provided. It was easy getting set up and the tools that are available via their panel are both powerful and easy to use. Also, despite using a server node based in Germany (I'm on the West Coast of the US, and my players are scattered throughout the rest of the country), we have not experienced any latency issues with our heavily modded Minecraft server (modpack: MC Eternal). On top of already having a great product, this company also provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. Whenever I have had a question, the staff has been INCREDIBLY quick to respond. I've reached out to them on 3 occasions now (twice for general support and once to upgrade my server), and not once have I waited longer than a minute to speak to an actual human being. In all of my interactions with the staff, they have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a Minecraft server host.

Probably the most honest, human-like and most helpful support I've ever experienced as of yet. They are both willing to go in-depth into a problem to solve it, no hollow fix or any of that and actually provide help in other areas if asked.

OK honestly, I can not speak to the server quite yet, but if it is anything like their customer service then it will be stellar! Coming over from a shockbyte server which had terrible customer service, DedicatedMC customer service, specifically Josh and then MstrTaffy, stuck with me through all of my questions and all of the issues. I truly can not speak highly enough of them or their service!
