Been with them for some weeks now. Performance-wise on the server, far better than Apex in my experience (and for less per GB). So far customer service experience has been excellent (accomplished through Discord, which I personally prefer over Apex's system since I use it anyway); fast and friendly. Had a small amount of downtime trouble with the panel, but the issue was explained and resolved quickly.

customer service is incredible

i like the thing that they instantly replied and they were very nice

Really great prices and really great service, the staff are very kind and are quick to respond.

The service, website, purchasing and support is absolutely god-tier. At 2 AM on a Tuesday I got help with my problem immediately, and the web UI is great. So far I've had a great experience

Very good service, as a newcomer to hosting my own server, everything went as smoothly as possible, they have very clear explainations to solve common problems when starting up your own server, and if not, live support answers questions very quickly and clearly. would recommend.

Amazing support and service, highly recommended for newcomers and veterans alike. Thank you, Josh!

Great Service, really good hardware for the price and i do recommend it but there is a lack of QOL features like you cant make a quick backup and there are no player chat commands but i dont think most hosts have that but other than that its great and i would highly recommend for anyone thats looking for a high performance Minecraft server at an affordable price
