I have not authorized any purchase and they have debited my account for the amount of $31.06 without my consent, the same amount that I demand be returned to my account. This is theft. Jan10/2024 I have not bought anything first for you to be a genuine online store you have to confirm with a text message as other online companies do to know who the customer is if I just saw my account 3 purchases that I did not make making a total of $146.50 thieves

If you are the person who has purchased goods on Shopify Shop, you must understand Shopify Shop's regulations, all orders are placed and paid for by the customer themselves before delivery by the seller, you are the person who voluntarily purchased 3 orders from the shop, and we have fully delivered it to you. No one has the right to automatically deduct money from your bank account because we do not know your bank account. Thank you.
