Been using them for about 3 years and honestly a solid starting hoster. I do have to say their support team consistency which is one of their best features has gone a bit downhill with the response rates taking sometimes an entire day. The panel also has a few bugs and feartures that dont work but they are still fixing. Overall decent hosting though.

The server keeps up for the most part.Traversing through my panel will result in a 404 every few clicks and the site in general can be sluggish at times.Uploading and downloading can take quite some time. I'm currently downloading a backup because I made a big "woops!" 1.6GB is currently downloading at 1.2 Mbps. Tried with both FTP and the direct site download, no difference. All of that being said, the actual minecraft server performance is quite good. Haven't had an issue with lag at all.

Playing on the server is decent. Not too much lag which should be the case with their highest end plan ($36/month). Support is alright but they're just a bit overpriced in my honest opinion. I just moved to a hetzner dedicated server as it was more or less the same price and better performance.

Seem to handle matters unprofessionally. This review is in relation to reddit(dot)com/r/admincraft/comments/f2lfog/people_who_are_using_dedicatedmc_or_about_to/ I suggest instead of getting hostile you keep more into the mindset of the customer is always right, even if they are not. No need to be aggressive in the public domain. Make a statement, apologize, move on. Decent prices for the hardware
