Amazing service! Josh is support is the absolute best! They are always there to help when you need it, patient and kind.

First day, needed an action on my server, took minutes. Nice and fast communication on their discord. Even if it was a minor task, I have a nice impression since the very first day.

The fact that it's all a flat fee makes me want to punch other MC services in the face with a truck. I cannot believe that getting support should be included in the price as an extra cost monthly or a startup fee. If you want good service, transparency, good servers that run wildly within parameters even on vanilla? Get on dedicatedMC. They aren't a company that wants to sell you a product. They are passionate about minecraft and want you to experience the game as well as them. At least, that's the vibe I'm getting from them...

Currently renting a budget server from them and it works great. Don't get too many players, but except for a few issues that I caused myself using datapacks, I've had no noticeable performance drops. Support is great if you join their discord, Had an issue at 3am and got a response in just 5 minutes. Their custom panel is so much better than the multicraft panels other servers use. Only complaint I can possibly think of is that USA servers aren't available for the cheaper options, but EU servers work decent enough even for a central US player.

Amazing place to have your server! Better than others in the industry who employ shady practices and who have little to no customer support. DMC even has a discord where you can talk to devs and fix any problem within a few hours.
