They have a customer support discord, was a little green on minecraft and hosting a server, but they walked me through it and lead me to a solution. Excellent company!

It was my first time using the service and I was ready to get abit mad over something so small concerning payment and they resolved it in less than 1min. The speed in which these guys respond is astounding. Not just one person but two people came to me to help me out and easily remedied any questions I had. Come to these guys if you need a server.

Best server host I've ever used! Can't recommend these guys enough, their support is fantastic, and the hardware they use is super great for a really good price.

I run a technical minecraft server (comes with extra understanding of lag and mechanics) I moved one of my servers over to dedicated MC in the search for more performance from my previous server so I just took a smaller package for a month to see how it went. It was nearly double my previous hosts performance in the same price range insanely fast servers.

I switched over from another host and have been completely amazed by the differences between the two. DedicatedMC offers better hardware for a lower price and tremendous support. After being used to waiting weeks for a response, receiving a response from them within a few minutes is such a relief. I've only had to contact their support two times so far, but both times they helped very quickly. The first time the support agent responded literally as soon as I opened a ticket, and second time the support agent responded within 20 minutes. I really like how they use discord instead of email for support. It is super easy to have an actual conversation as opposed to sending an email and waiting. Their discord server is also very well made, using lots of automation. My only recommendation I could even give them would be to just open a few ports by default instead of having to request them. It's not a big deal at all because their support opened more within minutes. The fact that this is the only criticism I can even give them just shows how great of a host they are. UPDATE They've continued to support me within minutes of me asking for it. They're support is really hands on as well, and do more than just listen to what you're describing. They actually can look at the problem for you and help you fix it, rather than just telling you what needs to be done based off of your description. Can't recommend them enough. I have no idea how other hosts are still in business when a company like this exists.

Been running servers with them for roughly 2 years, and it is worth every cent! Constant support at almost any hour, and exceptionally stable and accessible servers.
