I gave Cin7 Core 4 out of 5 stats because I am still learning some of the platform's more advanced features and capabilities. There is definitely a learning curve, but as I continue using it, I am becoming more comfortable with what it has to offer. So far, it has been a great fir for my needs, and it has helped streamline the areas of the business I use it for. I look forward to exploring more of its functionality as I gain additional experience.

Technology is robust and designed for intuitive customer interactions. The number of native and non-native app integrations is impressive. Customer support is getting stronger, escaltion is intelligently responsive and meaningful to the customer i.e. solution oriented.

Calimacil has been using DEAR Systems since the end of TradeGecko in June 2022, and overall our experience has been very positive. The platform provided us with powerful inventory management capabilities and helped us manage manufacturing, purchasing, inventory control, and order fulfillment through several years of growth. One feature we will particularly miss is the Stock Aging report, which gave us excellent visibility into inventory performance and helped support better purchasing decisions. Recently, we decided to migrate away from DEAR, not because of any issue with the software itself, but because our business has evolved and Shopify's native ecosystem now offers a simpler and more integrated solution for our specific needs. During the account closure process, we initially encountered a billing issue. However, the DEAR team reviewed the situation, responded professionally, and refunded the full amount in question. We appreciated their willingness to listen and resolve the matter fairly. No ERP system is perfect for every business, but DEAR served Calimacil well for nearly four years. For companies looking for a robust inventory and manufacturing management platform, it remains a solution worth considering.

Umang who onboarded was very helpful. I'm still working my way through onboarding but look forward to going live soon. The only thing that was an issue is there was a lot of emails and information at the start - I think this could be somehow streamlined and made a little easier to follow.

Dawn made our onboarding smooth by patiently addressing our beginner questions, understanding our needs, and providing effective support. She also followed up well as we moved through the work and the opportunity to engage with the support as we get deeper into the project in the future will be very helpful.
