Phillip was a great help. My situation was very confusing and he sat on the call with me 40 minutes longer until we got to some sort of a solution. !

The support team have been quick to respond to me and proactive in trying to help resolve my problem with a CORE / Faire integration. It's not resolved yet, but both team members I worked with today were helpful and I felt like they were quick to understand what was going on, and wanted to do their best to help.
