Be very careful their sales team will tell you all about the good things but not the poor customer service or IT team. Had a lot of issues with the integration and rather than answering the question the IT CS team will keep asking you non-stop questions while your system is breaking blaming everything else but their system.

We've been using Cin7 for years now, ever since they were formerly DEAR. We love the user experience, the design, and the support. There is so much functionality that we still don't even use it to its full potential. Derika was really helpful and was able to resolve an inventory issue that we've had for ages. We've hired former cin7 employees who presented themselves as experts but they couldn't resolve this issue. I'm thankful Derika was assigned to my support case otherwise this would have remained a mystery.
