My first box was to arrive the first…
My first box was to arrive the first week of Jan. Supposedly it will finally be delivered 1/25. Supposedly it was a combination of backlog (orders were placed long before delivery date) and weather (not more than a week). I’m regretting that I bought a 1 yr subscription! Way below industry standard regarding service. I never saw any such degradation of service from Amazon during the weather!!!!!!! I cannot support this company!!!!!!

Todd, thanks for your feedback. The subscription shipments are supposed to ship during the first full week of the month. We are very sorry for the delays. You comparing us to Amazon is comparing a small business to a 2.47 trillion dollar company. We agree that this isn't the standard. But it's also not the normal. We can't control historic winter weather storms sweeping the country. Right now, historic winter storm Enzo has caused weather on the entire southern coast and Florida that they haven't seen since the 1950s. We can't control vendor delays during the holidays or them having production machines break down. We know winter weather in Wisconsin is normal. We are in Mississippi and can't control historic winter weather storms that shut down our vendors, us, and even USPS from being able to operate. Our area isn't equipped for that type of weather that we might see once or twice a year. We also can't control the rate at which packages get processed with the shipping carrier. We completely agree that this isn't the standard. It's not our normal standard because over the last month have experienced a lot of things that aren't normal. We sent out multiple emails trying to keep our customers in the loop about the delays and we'll see if there are ways we can improve on relaying that type of information in the future, if needed. Of course, we hate to hear that you regret giving us a try. We create games and our goal is to entertain people and make them smile, not have regrets.
