Don’t do it, these ladies will bring others to help them unannounced sometimes even there baby and husband. And then take there sweet time so they can make more money. And if you live in a more remote location it could take up to 20 days to book a cleaner.

This is a total scam. They advertise “as low as $22/hour!”, but you are not told that the cleaners set their own prices until you agree to six month of this horrible “service”. No one in my area (Bay Area) charges less than $25, then the platform adds a bunch of fees on top of that so it comes out to about $30-$35/hour. So far, my first cleaner was 3 hours late to a 3 hour cleaning appointment, she went over the time without letting me know and I was charged for it (I was never informed that I was responsible for the time management), she was not professional and worked extremely slow. Then I have been unable to match for my preferred days of the week (Tuesdays and Wednesday’s) so the app reassigns me a random day that doesn’t work for my schedule and resets all my following appointments to that day. You have to manually go in and change each individual appointment one by one back to your actual preference (I have had to do this three times now since I started this bullsh*t scam a few weeks ago). After four failed attempts and a week late, I finally got another appointment scheduled and she no-showed me. My house is gross and I’m being automatically charged for a non-existent service and a lot of added stress and frustration. Please save yourself the time and money!

I was charged 49.99 dollars for a membership that I canceled. I need a full refund and not to be charged again

I wish I read this before getting the voucher. They put you into a membership charge you monthly and then if you decide to cancel they charge you monthly and a cancellation fee 😳overall rip off buyer beware

They don't tell you about the cost of the services up front. They say for 6 hours charges are $79. Later on they activate monthly charges and then if you try to cancel they will charge you $299. Worst product of the life. Never use it.

Escalation: I had purchased a redemption voucher with Dazzling Cleaning but have not redeemed it. I was interested in starting this service tomorrow Friday but you had no availability after I paid my money. Please refund my 79 bucks to my account since I don’t wish to proceed with your service. I was misled in thinking you have daily cleaning service appts . No one from your company contacted me to assess possibility of cleaning appt on 1028 Friday . Please reimburse my funds asap to my payment card on file. Highly annoyed customer. Saskia Christian

This is a scam. They will keep charging your credit card despite not providing services.

My advice to everyone is to stay away from Dazzling Cleaning. Not sure if it's a scam, but it sure feels like one. They advertise that you can cancel any time, but you have to read the fine print to understand that cancelling will cost you $200. Not sure that they're actually doing anything illegal, but their promotional tactics are certainly deceptive. If they could find a way to be more straightforward about their pricing I think that would help.
