I wish I could give this company 0 stars. The amount of incompetence is outstanding. My landlord scheduled a cleaning for 4-6 PM on 10/14/2022. So I took the time to reschedule my work appointments so I could be there during the cleaning. The cleaner then calls him and reschedules, making me lose income. They rescheduled for Saturday between 8-10 AM. So again, I reschedule my work appointments, meaning I’m again losing out on income. Then she texts again to say they won’t be here until 9-9:30, then again to say it won’t be until 10. Then again finally to say they are cancelling the appointment and not coming at all. This is absolutely unacceptable, and a huge waste of my time and money. Please stay away from this scam company.

i should have read the reviews before attempting to use this company. the cleaner was a no show and said we changed the appointment when I texted her for an ETA. no apologies. no response. no nothing. I don't want their voucher. I tried using this company a few times in the past and had difficulty scheduling a time and gave up. this time I didn't give up and I should have. Buyer beware. Learn from the experiences documented in these reviews and stay away from this company.

Worst home cleaning experience of my life. Based on what I now know about the company and its contract workers, I would NEVER invite them into my home again. Myla was late, broke several items in my home and didn’t even finish work. Kitchen and master bath were never touched. I tried without success to get my money back. This company has NO clue what customer service is. Stay as far away from Dazzling Cleaning as possible!

The first appt, the woman was 40 minutes late. She came from NJ and I live in PA. She never looked at my info online. The second time, the woman claimed she had car trouble and accepted the automatic payment. I had to intercede to get my funds back. I was promised a certain cleaner and had it confirmed 2 wks ago. and now have been told they don't have anyone for me. This business is more trouble than its worth.

There service has been unacceptable. Twice, the cleaning "professionals" have texted after being late with excuses about not being able to make the appointment. One excuse was car problems, the second excuse was they can't pay the rent. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. The fact that you don't have a contact number to talk with someone live about cancelling my account and removing my credit card information is unsatisfactory. I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I'm starting to believe this service is a fraud in an attempt to collect personal and credit card information.

Do not go with this company!! They make you get a $19 voucher which enrolls you into a monthly membership fee for $50 per month. If you cancel they charge you early cancellation fee. Cleaners are not professional, my last cleaner just left and did nothing. Company

Cannot wait to cancel. You are locked in for 6 months and have to pay 49 whether or not you have a clean that month. And beware as the clean cost is on top of the 49. Also, a cleaner has to ‘accept’ your request for a clean. If no one accepts, you do not get a clean and you still have to pay the monthly fee. HUGE scam. I have spoken with their corp office twice. Has done no good. The SECOND I can cancel, I will be doing so. Date of exp is actually March to present! So many issues. I’d stay away and find another company that will actually lock in a cleaner and not just steal your money!

I was not at all happy with the dazzling cleaning. When I cancelled it, it charged me ridiculous $176.00. It is hard to get hold of customer service. Not recommended.
