Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

Did a wonderful job on kitchen and dining room but did not mop Several cancelations by her and a couple by me Did clean other rooms no mopping was done. Unable reschedule missed time with them. Had to pay in a advance even she pay when job completed. This was not the case There is no refund for non completed work which infuriated me.What they did do was wonderful. Just never completed it completed it. She was wonderful at first but after being paid. VERY SLACK. Unsure of exact dates but was in June and May

I was very excited to start with this company. The first person did not bring adequate supplies, and then destroyed one of my towels as she used it to clean my floor. The next two cleaners were good - did a great job. I'd like to have them back but they never appeared in the search again. Then 3 different cleaners never showed up. I asked Dazzling Clean for a refund of my monthly fee which they refused. They sent me 3 more profiles of more reliable cleaners and told me they would pay for w hours of cleaning... and then none of those cleaners signed up for my shift. I'm very disappointed in them as I had great hopes that I would find a couple of cleaners to be regulars for my short term rental cleaning needs.

This company has absolutely no customer service. They ignore complaints or concerns. They pretend they will respond to you yet never do. They let the cleaners access your account, change appointments at whim and then even let the cleaners skip or pretend that you the customer canceled an appointment when you haven't and they charge you.

Once I signed up I was locked into $49/month for 6 months. If I tried to cancel before that they would charge me an additional $237 for first 6 hr clean. Yes that's as advertised, no issue there. Once I could cancel, I would get spam called every 4 days trying to get me to sign up again, as in 3 calls from multiple different numbers back-to-back followed by a text message saying that they emailed me AND an email offering $35/mo to sign up again. I emailed back to stop trying to contact me and remove me from their list, will know if it worked in 4 days. Services: I paid $49/mo plus $104 for 4 hrs cleaning plus $15.75 service fee. If I didn't want services I could reschedule or cancel the service but I still had to pay the $49/mo. In the end I paid ~$42/hour for one 4 hour clean per month, a far cry from their advertisement of $20/hr. I give 3 stars though because I liked my cleaners personality. But one time she charged me for 4 hours when she was only there 2 and did not respond to my message when I asked her to correct the issue and there was no way to resolve through dazzling clean website at the time, but seems they have a way to escalate to them directly now. They're not terrible, but in my experience I had more efficient cleaners for less cost going through direct hiring. Good luck!

We had our cleaners come three different times. They did an A+ job the first two times, but honestly did B- work the last time (8/07) because they did a terrible job vacuuming and also left a ring of cleaner on the stove that I had to wipe up (you could still see crumbs on the floor and it looked like they only vacuumed halfway and like they were in a hurry and didn't finish), but they did great at everything else. I still would have given them 4 stars, except for I canceled my membership and they still charged me this month AFTER sending me an email confirmation on September 5th saying that it had been canceled. Also, the fact that I was even signing up for a membership wasn't clear to begin with; I thought that I was just signing up for one discounted cleaning to try them out, so I was NOT pleasantly surprised when we got hit with a $52.55 membership fee ON TOP OF the $70ish for our cleaner. All in all they do decent work, but just be aware of the membership fee BEFORE signing up for one of their first-time discounted cleanings. *I wasn't sure what date to put for date of experience because there were three different experiences that all happened at different times. The first was with the surprise membership fee after our very first cleaning on 6/01. Then there was the B- cleaning job on 8/07. And the last one was the surprise membership charge post-cancelation on 10/02 (canceled on 9/05).

I like the cleaning service I received from the cleaning ladies. However Dazzling cleaning fees are outrageous. I signed up for membership which I regret because the cleaning service is $20 hour and Dazzling charge an extra $5 hour plus 15% fee. Lesson to read the fine print before I sign up for a membership service. I will not be renewing my membership.

Kind of a rip off, I cancelled forever clean within 6 months and they back charged me for the discounts, even though I already paid $35 a month.

- Update, my original review may have been a bit harsh. They ended up surprisingly refunding me the full amount of the cancellation fee (and didn't ask for anything in return). It's still not a good thing to have an abnormally low/free initial cleaning, and then, if you cancel, hit you with a $286 fee (in addition to the monthly rate plus other fees already paid). But they were generous in their correction of my situation.
