Fair service to find a cleaner for yourself. But I do not recommend using them continuously. Poor customer service. Raised complaints about an earlier cleaner charging me for 3 hours when only 2 hours of work was done. I never received a response from this service. The cleaner said they could not change the amount charged. The price of a cleaning is not mentioned outright. It is hidden behind a link. The same cleaner is allowed to increase their rate over 400% within the span of a couple of months. There was no notification of this change. What cost me $80 in one month, cost me $370 another month with the same cleaner, for the same amount of work done. A cleaning was randomly skipped and I had to rebook it again. No reason was given as to why the appointment was skipped. Charging a monthly fee AS WELL AS 15% fee plus tax and other fee is an egregious amount to be charging for every cleaning.

Cleanings happened, but can't find how to cancel. Avoid.

I had one cleaning service with them that was decent; however, the cleaner was a bit incompetent. He lacked knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and time efficiency, which required constant micromanagement, proving to be extremely annoying. Apparently, he juggled five other jobs, from teaching English to making deliveries, which likely contributed to his lackluster performance. Nevertheless, I was double charged for the service without any explanation whatsoever. I filed a dispute with my bank because it was impossible to reach a real human in their customer service department. Honestly, saving $50-$70 was not worth the stress it caused.

When I canceled after six months, they continued to charge my credit card the monthly $49. fee. They claimed that my cancellation only counted for the cleaner's booking not for the membership. Stay away from the hassle this outfit will cause you!

I had the service for several months and canceled today. I am so unhappy that I took the $159 fee (to cancel!!) I had several No shows (servicers would simply reschedule the service so I wouldn’t be charged, but I’m still left WITHOUT service), late service (I was called HOURS after they were supposed to show up with excuses about oversleeping/forgetting/dazzling platform problems), and to make it worse, there are NO human beings to talk to. It’s a con job because they charge you so many fees on each service (NOT taxes, but platform fees, service fees) such that you save NOTHING. I feel ripped off for literally hundreds of dollars and even more frustration.

This company has no direct contact numbers. They only have text and email which has a response time of twenty-four hours. Cleaners will not show up at random and leave you hanging. They will continue to take money from your account after the six-month contract is complete. They will try and force you into a second contract even after you have canceled. There seems to be a lack of integrity. And poor communication access. Be careful when using Dazzling Clean.

STAY AWAY!!! Total scam, borderline criminal practice. Beware, once you sign up you're on the hook for 6 months... but that's not the worst part. They advertise a super low hourly rate, but that is NOT the rate that most cleaners with GOOD feedback and reviews charge! Some can charge way more... so unless you want a crappy or new cleaner with bad/no reviews, you will NOT be paying $20/hr. It's a total bait and switch. Then if you want to cancel there's a huge fee which is NOT prorated within your 6 months, and costs more than the first cleaning should have cost to begin with. STAY AWAY!!!!
