This company is fraudulent in so many ways. First, they do not have any info when you sign up for the discounted clean. I looked and there was nothing about this 6-month minimum. So lets take the 6 month minum for what it is they say you can cancel at any time but all you have to do is pay for the first discounted clean in full. So my first clean was $58.65 and I paid $19 for the 3 hours of cleaning. They also charge you the $49 for the first month no problem that's what I agreed to and I understand that if I get 2 cleans a month it's about what I would pay for another service to come and clean. What they do not have in any form or place is that they also add an additional $30 per hour to the ransom you have to pay in order to cancel your membership. So I get a second clean for 4 hours as the first one did not get much done. She spent the whole time in the bedroom which also made us service. I look her up and this is the first clean. She only has a first name and I have no way to know who she is or if she has any history of theft or anything. It says she passed a background check but they do not provide it. So we try another cleaner this one cost us $76 for 4 hours. She was just as bad as the first person who came and did less than that person with an extra hour. So she is also a first-time user of the service and I did not give her a negative review as I was the first and only review. They also don't tell you in order to get out of the service you have to have 3 negative reviews to qualify. So the first month was not so great. Then this month our first cleaner no shows. The second cleaner also no shows. Then guess what the 3rd cleaner also no shows. So no we paid $49 for no cleanings this month and a total of $193 for 7 hours of cleaning. That's $27 an hour almost double the wage of the cleaners that came. I have contacted support to get them to cancel my account several times. I have included all of the above information. The best they can do is include a free 1 hour of cleaning on the next visit. They refuse to cancel the membership and say in order to cancel I must pay $129.05 + the initial $19 I already paid for my first clean. That was 3 hours they then add an unknown and fraudulent additional $30 per hour to your visit.

Update So after the company told me they would not refund any money or allow me to cancel with out paying the ransom I filed complaints with the attorney general in each state CA, George, and Texas. After getting the formal letter from the AG they decided to refund my money and allow me to cancel my membership. I do not think it should have been that hard but after 7-8 emails that’s the only option I had. Also the BBB in Texas will not do anything about it. They also have 3 other companies that they use to do the same thing under a different name. It’s a scam don’t waist your money!! So I signed up thinking okay finally a way to hire and schedule a house cleaner. What they do not make clear is your signing a 6 month contract. At no point did it say clearly that you could not cancel until after 6 months. If you do you get a $120 charge for your first discounted cleaning. What they also don’t tell you is you only get first names of the people who are cleaning. It says they have a background check but won’t provide it. They also don’t tell you most of the cleaners are new. Also if you want to cancel you have to give these people who only cleaned once a bad review. So your guilted into staying. Then if people cancel on you they still make you pay the monthly payment with no service or cleaning discount. They try to give you a $10 discount but I am on the 3rd cancellation now so that’s a month I paid with no cleaning. First they trick you into a mandatory 6 month contract then make the only way out of it leaving bad reviews. They hardly check backgrounds of the people they just hired and send to your house. It’s not worth it yes it might be cheaper but not worth the risk and the hassle.

Wish I can give a negative rating for their forgery. The worst experience I had with any service provider! The cleaner constantly cancels at the last moment and doesn't even communicate to get the alternate arrangement. They don’t tell you that there will be a monthly fee of 49$ on top of the cleanings. And when you do cancel they then say,” oh you just canceled that cleaning, not your membership !!!” Unbelievable!!

The worst! Never the same cleaner, constant cancellation and impossible to cancel ! I have been trying to cancel since March 2022… and I am still being charged their $49/mo fee. Oh & they don’t tell you that there’s will be a monthly fee on top of the cleanings. And when you do cancel they then say,” oh you just canceled that cleaning not your membership !!!” Unbelievable!!

Awful experience. They trick you into a 6 month contract once you pay for the voucher and refuse to refund you or cancel unless you pay a $100+ fee and then tell you it’s in the fine print. I don’t know how they are still in business. They have a warning on the BBB site for the exact reason and need to be shut down for good. A deeper dive into reviews and everyone is saying the same thing. They must be paying people on trust pilot or using employees bc the reviews seem fake. Look at the BBB reviews or yelp!

Not thoroughly cleaned. They charge you hundreds of dollars to cancel membership that you never signed up for.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have tried for months to cancel my subscription with Dazzling Cleaning that I was roped into with a FALSE ADD claiming “$19 for my first cleaning”. I was then signed into a 6 month agreement with the company which was fine until three cleaners canceled on me in a row - five minute after they were supposed to arrive to my house. This pushed my cleaning dates back which had me paying for a subscription I wasn’t receiving services for. Because this continued to happen, I reached out to their customer service multiple times and they would not cancel my subscription. Come September, my six month subscription was finally finished - I contacted customer service immediately and asked them to cancel and yet, I am still being charged. I’ve given this company over $500 that I am having the hardest time CANCELING or getting my money back.

They cheat you into a membership without you signing up. They then ask you to pay a larger sum over $150 to cancel your membership. Stay away from this website
