If I could leave zero stars I would. It’s a total scam. Cleaners often didn’t show up. They did a subpar and below Mediocre job when they did. There’s no way to call customer service. Their “chat” is always disabled. If you email you may get a response. But not always. I complained so they gave me a “free” month only to find out it didn’t count towards the 6 month’s commitment. So it wasn’t a free month-they just delayed the time I had to pay them. With my whole heart I cannot stress how terrible an experience this was. Their platform is hard to use and figure out. I’m almost sure the cleaners are not vetted or background checked. Most had no experience cleaning at all. Even the cleaners were unhappy with the company and they have a high turnover rate. Do not use!!

Almost none of the items included in the first clean were completed. During the supposed six hour cleaning service, it looks like all that was completed was a vacuum. The contracted cleaner is now continuously texting me angry messages for my two star review, and the Dazzling Cleaning company charged me a total of $240 for this horrid experience. Please be smarter than me, and do not pay for this service.

Dazzling is how they lock you in to a deal and refuse to cancel. This is what they told me: Your ForeverClean came with a minimum commitment term of 6 paid months, if you cancel before that, it will result to the $155.77 First Service Discount Adjustment to be charge. You agreed to these terms at purchase, which can be found on (their link) dazzling cleaning, as well as in our Terms of Service & Help Center.

I would leave a zero if I could… This is the worst cleaning service/company I’ve ever dealt with. I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Every person that came to clean my house did an awful job. When I asked to cancel my membership they said no. The fact that I have to pay $24 a month plus the hourly wage of the cleaner is ridiculous. Do not I repeat do not patronize this business!!!!!!!!!! I regret this so much

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a complete and total racket. Check BBB for details about how they DO NOT BACKGROUND CHECK CLEANERS. If you request a refund, they will anything to hold you to their terms even though they breached the terms. Rotten, fraudulent, unethical and a complete and utter scam.

Terrible. THE WORST. Run!!! This is a total scam. They sign you up to a subscription even if you don’t book any services. They charged me for months before I found out. I had a one time cleaning that was so bad I wouldn’t have even known anyone turned up if I hadn’t had met them at the door. My cleaner was 40mins late, didn’t apologize, was incredibly unprofessional, unorganized, brought a friend and left the place worse than when she arrived. I left them both a tip and they sure took that though. Absolutely fuming I trusted this company. I got back to find they’d done almost nothing and left trash around the place. Then once I found out they were still charging me I tried to reach out to anyone and zero response, nothing at all. I cancelled and they charged me an extra $192 to cancel. For a one time “cleaning” that was completely useless it ended up costing me over $500. If I could get them shut down I would, it’s a total scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is a total ripoff!! They trick you into a 6month membership costing $50/mo, when you think you are just scheduling one cleaning. There are multiple other hidden fees, but if you try to cancel the membership early, they will charge you about $300. There is NO phone number or chat available, and no one you can email directly. They have an F rating with the BBB as well FRAUD AND A SCAM!! Do NOT use!!!!
