I wasn’t really happy with the cleaning service. I kept getting different times. The cleaning person was nice enough. The kicker was the huge cancellation fee if you don’t want to be using them. Hopefully they will get sued and go out of business. I plan to review them as much as I can do I can at least save a few people from signing up. My goal is that at least 100 people won’t sign up with them. Now if they would just remove the cancellation fees permanently. A company that charged cancellation fees is probably a company that can’t back up their product so they trap you in a six month contract because they can’t deliver on quality.

Worst experience ever. Signed up for forever clean but haven’t had a reliable commitment out of DC for the last 6plus weeks. They keep charging monthly fees while they fail to provide the service promised. There no person you can speak to to resolve your scheduling issues. Customer support sucks and irresponsive. Of the 11 cleanings I scheduled and rescheduled trying to work through their system only 2 were completed as promised but even in these cases too the quality of work and the people showing up at my house were questionable in every sense. Complete scam. My “cleaner” asked if he could come early. I said no as I was working out of state and would not be home until 2pm (the time of our appointment) a few hrs after the initial text message he text me again saying he would be late “ I may be a lil late because I have this lady extra time... This way we're on time for our appointment (The cleaning service for today)” that text makes zero sense. I asked how late because I have an appointment at 2:30 that I needed to leave by 2:10. This is the text response “ Man I will be later then that like 2:30...” to which my response was you’re supposed to be here at 2. This was his response “ It's on the site page... You told my you was outta of town so there I was giving you enough time to make it back... Ppl have been outta town many times and not be on time for their appointments.” None of his texts make sense. At all. My response was I’ll see you at 2. And this was his response “ Sure it's no need to lie you are of no importance to be lying to. You can just find someone else to do it. I don't like your energy and don't feel safe heading to you... Sorry and have a great day. You can reach customer service... And you won't be charged”. I could go on for hrs with this nonsense but I won’t. They have no telephone number to call. CS got back to me and told me my voucher is still valid if I want to use their service. Are you kidding me. This is a SCAM. Customer service said the cleaner was dealt with. But the funny thing is. They don’t even know he’s a man and kept referring to him as HER.

This company is a scam. They get you to buy a cleaning at a discount and then sneak in a membership which you can not cancel without paying an exorbitant fee ($262) which you never agreed to. They use deceptive UI tactics to hide the amount you'll actually pay and have been unable to explain how they arrive at their ridiculous "cancelation fee" amount. Nothing adds up. Also, even if you cancel your credit card THEY FIND YOUR NEW CARD INFO AND KEEP CHARGING YOU! I'm an extremely busy single mom who needed help cleaning so I can focus on work and my son. Dazzling Cleaning has forced me to spend hours I don't have disputing CC charges with my bank and emailing back and forth with their idiotic "customer service". Horrible scam of a company that should be closed down.

This shady company is screaming loudly as a SCAM!!! Too bad they just stole money from my credit card as well. I was allured to try their low price first cleaning for $29. What I did not know is it's heavily false advertising online to rip off new customers. Customer service is barely existed. Only 1 person named Emma to reply email. That is the only customer service/email. I experienced multiple continuous last minute cancellations of service, no shows and terrible job! It's just too exhausting to deal with this company! Finally a crook cleaner came in 90 minutes late with no tools or supplies. She does't know how to do any cleaning or done any! She was just sitting on my couch watching videos on her mobile. She left me the same dirty apartment as before. When I complained, I was asked to show video as proof. No refund was given. This is the worst nightmare I had to deal with. It wasted me so much time! Back and forth over 20 emails with custome service. I ended up doing all cleaning by myself. I realized even I was offered some coupons, I don't want to use this disgusting service EVER just to save myself from headache! But before I knew, I was already signed up to a membership fee $49/month. I was never made known to this or agreed! If I choose to cancel, there is $150 penalty fee. what the hell! Stay away this sh_tty company by all means, even they offer you FREE cleaning. No free only headache and waste of time! The headache they bring is way bigger than zero job they will do. They will steal your credit card without any of your consent! I highly doubt they vetted any of the cleaners at all! DazzlingClean and Homeaglow is the same company. It takes turn to charge the card. Please note: Trustpilot was notified by the merchant to take down my honest bad review. I believe many other honest customers' bad reviews are also taken down. That's how it remain 4+ on this site. Be aware. Definitely a scammer. Too many tiktok videos exposed them. Ready to put up a huge fight to get your money back!

Had a very lousy experience booking and trying to get cleaners to show up on time. We were effectively unable to use our subscription since we couldn’t get cleaners in or they cancelled on us. When they did show up, they were unprepared and weren’t able to do a good job. The main company hasn’t been standing behind their name and blamed it only on the employees. Make sure you’re aware of the subscription and fees if you cancel early. Very poor experience with this service.
