If I could rate this company a zero I would. Signed up for the service. The first person did not show last minute, they finally rescheduled me after 3 attempts, was at my house for 6 hours and did not clean 75% of my house that is only 2000 square feet. The next cleaner that they matched me with was a no call, no show. I cancelled my service and then they continued to charge me under different company names, then finally charged me a $250 cancellation fee. There is a class action lawsuit. Do not use.

Very poor value. Just hire a local cleaner
I would not recommend using this company. After the initial promo, the numbers don't exactly go in your favor. Here's a breakdown of the math for you. Granted, numbers will vary on your area but this is the gist of what's going on with their business model:
Dazzling Cleaning charges $50/mo + $10/cleaning "processing fee".
Now there is a 6 month minimum in their promo. I can cancel now, but I'll be charged $150 (full price for the 1st cleaning back in January) - Or - keep the membership till July, and pay $200 (next 4 months) without ANY cleanings.
In summary, I would be paying $300 in monthly fees, $60 in "processing fees" (1 cleaning per month), and $516 in 3 hour cleaning fees (6). In total it's $876 for 6 cleanings or $146 per cleaning. That's nearly $50/hour for cleaning!
Saying they have cleaners for $18/hr or $19/cleaning is grossly misleading the public.
I will say that our cleaner was *pretty* good, until this most recent time: she did clog our kitchen sink (the side without the garbage disposal, I mean c'mon) and her vacuum ran so hot our carpet smelt burnt (like the glue came up in spots).
All in all I would not use this company unless you want to essentially pay $50/hour for cleaning if you only need 1 or 2 cleanings per month.

This is a real review
This is a real review: They suggested a male cleaner. I was a bit concerned but I thought man are strong I’m sure he’ll clean better than a woman. The guy literally laughed at me when I told him about the laundry which was a service I asked for so paid for. I spent the rest of the time waiting for him to leave . From then he sounded like a criminal in my house that I wanted to get rid of. I tipped him 20 still and he left a semi clean house not looking neither smelling different. I had to finish up. The more annoying fact is that once you want to cancel those robotic emails that they call customer service starts playing games to keep you pay . So sneaky I had the experience with Justfab before and I know the technique. Though I don’t care now I have an email so if another dime is charged, I’m blocking from the bank !!! Scammers it’s just a simple service (cleaning) that I don’t know how they found a way to mess it up! Better find someone nice and who you trust to come work in your home not scammers !!!!

Sara was very kind and easy to work…
Sara was very kind and easy to work with. I will book her again. I like that she uses natural cleaning products. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is she was 45 min late to the appointment and she spent the whole 3 hours on the upstairs bathroom so I didn't have time to get the kitchen done, which I was expecting because previous cleaners were able to do bathrooms as well as kitchen in 3 hours. She did good work though, so I will rebook her later to come spend more time on the kitchen.

I was scheduled for 9-1
I was scheduled for 9-1, then got a text saying the company double booked and she can't make it till 1pm. 1pm came and went and after 2 I get a message she's on the way.
Last month the guy was 2hrs late. I've had enough. they say you get what you pay for.

Would give zero if possible
Would give zero if possible.
I had a first time cleaning, advertised as $19 for 3 hours. It was for a basic cleaning which is supposed to include exterior surfaces of cabinets, appliances, sinks, counters, floors, dusting. I scheduled for 8:30 am arrival. The cleaner assigned tried, the day of, to change my time to 10 am by contacting me at 8 am. I told them that wasn’t ok as I had to leave by noon and it was for 3 hours of service.
When she arrived, at 9 am, I asked her to do just the kitchen counters, the stove top, clean the cabinet doors, the bathroom counter, the toilet and the floors all over. I significantly reduced what I was supposed to get as I wanted focus on the two rooms. Instead, she spent 2 hours doing the counters, sinks, toilet and stove top. She then spent an hour cleaning the inside of my appliances (not very dirty at all, so what took so long is beyond me) and never got to the cabinet doors or floors. I was left with a bunch of stuff I had to do myself. Whatever, I thought, I only paid $19. Except before I could go in and say “no I don’t want a membership,” I discovered they had charged me for the membership before the cleaner even started for the day.
I decided to try someone else in two weeks to see if it was worth it. But it auto scheduled me for a day I didn’t want. I spent a week attempting to reschedule and their site wasn’t working. By the time I got it to work, someone had been assigned to my appointment. I rescheduled on the site and specifically said to send who was available.
Then the abuse and harrassing texts from their staff began. They blew up my phone telling me how I did it wrong and I have to call her first and cancel and cancel in my end or she will get docked. I explained that I used their system and rescheduled and couldn’t cancel at this point as the original time was gone. She continued to yell at me about how she “didn’t have time for this” and insisted I call their office and fix it. And that if I didn't do it, she wasn't going to cancel and I would just have no one show up and it wasn't her problem. Except there is no contact info and their chat service does nothing. Literally, you click on it and it does nothing at all.
Had to pay $169 to cancel + $49 plan + $19 to get very little done and
When I sent in a complaint, I was told "You cancelled before 6 months of services, so you have to pay all of it in full." So despite hours of abuse at the hands of one of their employees, the most they would offer me is "We will talk to her" and here's a $10 off coupon for your next appointment. Please continue to enjoy our services for the next two weeks."
Enjoy what exactly? Substandard work, hours late arrivals and abuse by their staff? I paid hundreds of dollars to be treated like garbage.

NEVER NEVER EVER use these scammers!!!
My cleaner was an hour late, didn’t do any work, and charged me for 3 extra hours never approved. The company refused to compensate and were atrociously rude. Disgusting service and ethos!!!
