I wish I could give -20 stars They are SCAMMERS! and may the lord bring sadness upon this company for deceiving and stealing from people. I got no service and another $150 was taken from my account

This service is a scam. My wife and I hired a cleaner through this service and she took my wife's wallet including all of her credit cards and driver's license, and after our appointment immediately went downtown and racked up $3000+ in charges. Thankfully the credit card companies immediately realized these charges were fraudulent and marked them as such, but now we have to deal with the hassle of replacing everything she lost.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THEIR MEMBERSHIP. I’ve had an issue with every appointment that has been scheduled with your company. Let’s start with the most recent. 1/25/28- The cleaner never showed up. I asked for the appointment to be rescheduled and that hasn’t happened. That’s a month I’ve paid for the membership ($50 since Nov) that’s suppose to be saving me money and guarantee a service but actually isn’t. 12/29/22- Nicole was suppose to originally come 12/28/22 but claimed an emergency came up and changed it to the 29th. She was suppose to be here 4 hours. However she was allegedly here 2.5 hours, cleaned two bathrooms and half way cleaned the third. She claimed she was getting over the flu and couldn’t clean any more. 12/28/22- rescheduled 11/27/22- She did an excellent job on the areas I asked her to prioritize. The best so far. However I asked her to prioritize as in complete them first. She didn’t touch the rest of the house. However because my bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling I gave her a great review and tip. I wish she wasn’t in such a rush to get done, she likely would have done amazing with the rest of the house. I scheduled her for 4 hours she stayed for 2 hours and 10minutes. Charged me 2hrs 30mins. Time stamped on security cameras. 11/26/22- Korderro No showed 11/2/22- Mark actually cleaned according to the list to however he didn’t get everything, was very slow and should have had more than enough time to do a thorough job. Several areas were not clean. Still dusty. 9 hours I submitted a customer support ticket and received what appeared to be an automated/pre written response.

Cleaner canceled on me same day after her scheduled time. The 5 star rating they have must have been done by bots!! I will NEVER use this company again

They are a scam….. they scammed me (a disabled veteran) into a contract. I contacted them about it and they will not budge. They said they if I gave them a chance they would give me a free 6 hr cleaning. My house is big. I tried them out with the free cleaning. The cleaning lady came over and had no broom or vacuum. She only stayed 4 hrs. I had to tell her what to do and let her use MY cleaning stuff. After complaining that the scammed me and that had happened they told me they did not care, I was in a contract. It wasn’t until I contacted better business bureau and after a month that I got my money back and out of the contract I did not know about. DON’T TRUST THEM!!!

I have been quite ill for the last 6 months. Our home had become out of control and needed rescuing. Shay wasn't put off. She jumped in and did a spectacular job of cleaning and clearing, paying great attention to detail. I am so grateful for her hard work and I am looking forward to our next appointment with her.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This is so fraudulent it's laughable. Shady shady billing. Still trying to get out of whatever it is I signed up for. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.

Booked two appointments two separate weeks and no one ever showed.
