************************************************ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAZZLING CLEANING.COM ************************************************ I was thinking about getting a cleaning service because I had a lot to clean for spring cleaning. And because I thought it, Facebook displayed it on my Feed. And DazzlingCleaning came up. I checked it out because the Come On rates were so nice. But then I realized they were for a monthly subscription. So I was like nope. But you know when you try to get out it starts throwing you other better come on rates?!?! Well I saw one for $49 for 4 hours of cleaning, Trial Offer. No mention of subscriptions and monthly's. Just $49 four hours to test the service. Well guess what!!?! It requires now 6 months at $49 a month, plus you have to pay a range of like $20 - 38 / hour (what I saw) to book. Calculate that a 3 bedroom place and really just spot cleaning. Do not expect grinding it out. this is casual pace cleaning. which is what I would expect at these price ranges. and really grit and grime will not come out without the owner doing it or slave labor. But the real issue is the business. This business has no way to call to complain. The booking service just switches times if no one books at the windows you set and schedule. Then randomly sends people without any approval first process. Then if you cancel and don't like the time the system switches to and books a stranger to enter your home. The stranger sends you an angry text. Then try to close the account and you cannot. ***************************************************************** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAZZLINGCLEANING.COM YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! *****************************************************************

Terrible service, inconsistent, and some cleaners wouldn’t even show. We went to cancel this horrendous company just to find out that they will charge more membership fees AND charge us for the “discounts we’ve received from past cleanings”. It’s a joke and a scam run fast.

Terrible company. I would rate 0 star if i could. Once they have your card on file they keep charging you $49 for no work done. They never have a phone number you could call and when you attempt to cancel it is virtually impossible.

This site makes you become a member and lures you in with their $19 cleaning. For that price they don’t do windows, kitchen appliances, floor baseboards among other “extras”. Further there is a hidden $149 fee and $49 fee if you only get a one time fee, making a 3 hr cleaning really over $200. The sheer volume of “clickwrap” that has to be signed to sign up and the hidden terms that no person has time to read makes me not recommend this service.”

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Their cleaners are unreliable. I have had multiple people cancel on me just minutes before the appointment time. Many of their cleaners also told me they didn't have supplies (although they are supposed to provide those). I had never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people.

There should be a negative or 0 star rating because I am truly disheartened by Dazzling Cleaning. After having multiple disappointing cleanings, inappropriate behavior by their cleaners while in my home and a number of same-day/last minute cancellations, I contacted their Customer Service. I gave the exact reasons why I no longer wanted to use their service and asked that my contract be cancelled last July. They agreed. To my dismay, I learned they have continued to charge me for a monthly service I’ve not used for 9 months! I just recontacted Customer Service and they told me the cannot refund the monthly charges! Dazzling Cleaning are total SCAM ARTISTS. I’m contacting my credit card company today but wanted to alert other consumers to BEWARE!!! Do not use!!!

If you sign up to test this service you are locking in a long term contract. I have no cleaning plan so I was confused to see a monthly payment. When I found where to cancel you are threatened with an almost $200 cancellation fee. Not worth it.

Issue resolved satisfactory!
