The cleaner never showed up, I was charged 50 bucks and never received the service. I can’t contact them to get a refund. I was stolen $50 from this company.

This business is a SCAM. They didn't clean the apartment then offered a "free cleaning" which I never used because I didn't trust the service anymore with my home. Months later I noticed they have been charging me this whole time every month for $50. I asked for a refund but they are claiming that the subscription is in the terms and services. It's extremely hidden, if it was ever there in the first place, and they refuse to refund me with a PDF. Clearly all their customers have the same issue of not knowing about this hidden "subscription" -- this is how they make money. See the Better Business Bureau statement on this. It's a huge scandal and scam. STAY AWAY.

This company is ruining a Scam. Signs customers up for a monthly fee and charges a huge cancellation fee on top of it. DO NOT TRUST

This is a scam. I should have read the reviews first. The five star reviews are all phony. The “cleaners” either don’t show up or are criminals. They refused to refund me thank goodness Amex takes care of the consumer. Do NOT use this company.

Worst experience ever! Do not fall for the false advertisement. The first clean went well & I liked the cleaner. However, since then, I have had cleaners cancel, then I get assigned a new cleaner, and they didn't show up. I have tried contacting the company by submitting tickets that went unanswered and calling a number that no one answered, and I can't cancel unless I pay $200.00, which I don't want to do. I signed up with this service for a good deal, and it's turned into a nightmare. I'm left with the bill and no cleaning! Unbelievable how these companies can get away with this kind of behavior.

I did not sign up for forever cleaning. They default add this plan on to a 19 dollar voucher purchase to lock you into their service. I should have read the reviews before I clicked on their link.

Cleaners often cancel. Though I would feel for them, there are a suspicious number of deaths and car problems that cause cancelations. When people have come, it's good, but not worth the cancellations. Also an impossible-to-reach customer service. You have to leave a message either online or on the phone and they say they will call you back... but never do. After all this, I wanted to cancel. I have been part of their service for 8 months. They charged me an extra $150 for canceling before 6 months. I should not have been charged, but I still was. Stay away! Get any other service. This is not reliable and doesn't care about their customers.

If I could give it no stars I would. I operate a str. vacation rental in Scottsdale, Az sign up with them to fill in when my regular cleaner was unavailable. The offer more discount if you have more cleaning per month. None of the cleaners would take my 2.5 /3 hr cleaning for a 1/1bath apt 700sqft. And the one person, never show, never responded , one that show was late had a mop and one bottle of cleaner both she got. From dollar store and left 30 minutes Early. She was. Young so I request another cleaner So i had several cleaning in a month no cleaner could be found . you paid the auto monthly membership and get nothing for it. Plus they have your card on file keep charging you and you can’t cancel unless pay a large cancellation fee. It’s a scam. Run as far as can for these internet subscription scrammers. Better to use Yelp or yellow pages
