Was happy with the low prices at first until they ILLEGALLY started accessing and taking money out of my Other financial institution without me ever providing the info or authorization 🚩 🚩🚩. I questioned them about it via email since there is no real chat or phone number and they couldn’t answer how or why they have access to my other bank and credit card accounts without my knowledge or authorization. I tried canceling my membership only to find out I couldn’t cancel without unreasonable fees.

They promised cleaners, but never provided. the only wayt o get them is to pay nearly double market rate. On top of that they never mentioned a service charge that is near 40% of the cost on top of a monthly fee. The whole thing is a SCAM. They even stole my $54.68 credit off of my account and only gave me $10. They do not provide cleaners, they keep sayign they will and magically no one shows up repeatedly. They are not doing what they advertised and are charging way more than advertised. That is the definition of fraud. misrepresented business model intentionally and misrepresented the costs intentionally. Update: they did re issue the credit but it’s still fraudulent. They say $18 market average rate but not a SINGLE individual is available at that rate. No way that’s average. Wildly misleading and provide nothing and cleaners keep canceling unless they’re way way more than average like at least 40-50%. Stay away. Complete scam.

This is a total scam. I've had enough scams!! Enough is enough! 1st. It took almost 2 months to finally have someone who picked my time. I tried to be accommodating changing things on my schedule. The cleaning was OK. I didn't realize that she hadn't mopped the kitchen floor. I had pipes burst and things were out of place but.. I usually have the LR door open to FR. When I closed that door days after my cleaning and it was covered in plaster dust! She never touched it. But She was due the next day.. I'll talk to her when she gets here. I also needed to check on the 1st cleaning. She got here at 4pm, to work 3 hours. She left at 6pm. I was a bit crazy that day. Deliveries re: water damage. I asked if she could let the main office know I still haven't been able to download Terms.. etc. I haven't heard from them for 2 months. She'd send them a reminder. I received a text from my cleaner, Felica, her daughter was sick.. need to cancel. Kids sick.. your place is with them.. no problem. We rescheduled. The day she was due, a month after the first cleaning, an hour before she was due, text.. she's sick. Cancels. I emailed the office. Why am I being charged a monthly amount.. contract, the terms, etc that I can't get to?? I phoned my attorney last Fri, there was another charge to my credit card! He KNOWS ABOUT THIS SCAM. HIS MOM!! I'm letting my bank and my attorney nail them. I went to my aunts email account and downloaded this crap document! How can I be charged .. I haven't received a complete cleaning!

They sent a girl who arrived with a Hello Kitty suitcase for her supplies. She had sunken cheeks, wore a long black wig and trucker hat. She was very quiet and polite but wouldn't make eye contact. She vacuumed and swept didn't clean our mirrors, the kitchen or take out the trash. 4 hours booking and she did not finish the job in an already tidy 2 bedroom apt. The company will refuse to honor any request for a refund and will charge you $170 for cancelling their mandatory membership fee. The only way were able to get out of their bogus contract was to contact my bank to dispute the cancelation charges and have them issue me a new debit card.

The cleaner that was assigned was terrible. The membership fee was charged early before I could cancel and they would not provide a refund. They do not have a phone number and take more than 24 hours to reply to any emails. They still have refused to cancel my account and each day is wasted waiting for a reply to ensure I do not have to deal with them again.

If you buy one of their cleaning vouchers they sign you up for a 6 month contract ($49/mo) without telling you. If you try to cancel this subscription they charge you $200 if you cancel before the 6 months. The cleaning itself sucked, the cleaner didn’t bring a mop, vacuum, or really any cleaning materials. Stay away from this company.

So the 2 first cleaners rescheduled twice and finally when my assigned cleaner reached out, she was late. poorly dusted the shelves... many missed spots and unfortunately she barely spoke English was also afraid of my two very friendly cats whom I had to lock 4 hrs, regardless my efforts, the cleaning was mediocre... the company promised me a refund but ended up charging me $50 extra, let's see what's next...

This company is a class action suit waiting to happen. Absolutely deceptive practices- claims regarding how much money is saved are completely fabricated. Charges hidden until you lock in. You agree to a 6 month contract of $49/mo and then have to pay AN ADDITIONAL FEE JUST TO BOOK A CLEANER EACH TIME. This charge wasn’t disclosed in the original agreement.
