I still can’t believe it! On 8/30/2023 around 1:00pm we visited David’s Bridal. From the time we entered the Wilmington, NC store until we left we were never greeted. acknowledged or assisted. I helped my granddaughter pick out and try on 6-7 dresses. Zero help from anyone! We were the only customers in the store at the time. The young lady stayed sitting at the front desk. As we were leaving we stopped to look at dress displayed right behind the desk and still no engagement from store employee. We left and went to a bridal boutique near by and had an amazingly positive, happy experience and purchased a dress (as it should be). Not sure how Davis’s Bridal is staying in business with this lack of customer service!

Good morning I would like to bring to your attention the fact that i picked my wedding dress from David’s Bridal at Watford on 21st January. I had pre-booked my wedding alterations for 19th July after picking up my dress in March sometime. The fact that the store was closing down was not mentioned to me at all between March and my alterations fitting in July is seriously astonishing! I had called and called and at the time, on 19th July 2023, google had shown that the store was OPEN so I made my way to Watford which was over an hour away and had booked the day off work knowing this was a big day and made my two friends come along with me for support. When I had gotten to David’s Bridal, I was shocked to say the least that the store had a sign indicating that the store was in fact permanently closed! No one called me or emailed me to inform me of this so it would have saved me time, money and effort whilst I could have found someone else to alter my dress for my wedding in September! The note on the wall stated that I must contact Stratford store - which I did and they had asked me to attend which was over an hour from Watford (I live near Stratford) so I had to go all the way back. Upon speaking with someone at the stratford store in London, they had asked me to attend however did not mention that the alterations section was not taking any further bookings and they were also closing down!! I was in shock and traumatised to say the least. I had a dress and a veil from David’s Bridal and yet no one to alter my dress! I spent £400 on my dress and £400 on my veil and now I have very little time to find someone who can alter it as I have lost weight and May now need a new dress! I would like to express my feelings as this has really left me appalled and disappointed in David’s Bridal. I would like this complaint to be acknowledged and the least that could be offered is a full refund on my dress and veil so I can then purchase a dress suitable for me which is already in a suitable size for me. Thank you.

Had a great experience at the Watchung, NJ store. Andrea and Rachel were extremely helpful, honest and attentive. The store was bright, clean and well organized!

Accidentally found myself in the David's Bridal shop in Birmingham, Vaishali and Karen were so helpful and friendly. I hadn't planned on getting my dress that day and was short on time but they were so accommodating. Such a positive experience and I absolutely love my dress.

We were completely ignored the whole time we were there. Found a dress, was trying it on and my friend was harassed while her 6 yr old was in bathroom. She was surrounded and had to rush out while the employees did NOTHING. There was blatant racism during this so I grabbed the dress, paid and left after her. They never said I had 7 days to return. When I realized that I didn’t like it, it took me two weeks to be able to bring myself back the store. They would not accept a return, or give a gift card. The rude manager told me I could shop now and that’s all she could do. When I spoke about the day of purchase, she said I should have come to her (she wasn’t even working that night). The customer service is horrible.

Excellent service from Amy at David’s bridal Watford. Amy went above and beyond to help us with a particular issue with a pair of shoes we wanted to purchase and showed great initiative. Thank you Amy, you made our day.

my stylist, Debbie, was genuinely interested in helping me find something off the rack that would suit my particular tastes and budget. I am a 70 year old first time Mother of the bride and I want to look nice for my daughter. Debbie found two nice outfits that I tried on. I chose one I felt most comfortable in although both were lovely. Thank you Debbie for your help. Much appreciated.

Shaz at David’s bridal Stratford Westfield was amazing very helpful! Had so much confidence in her. She fulfilled my dream dress so exciting thank you, Shaz!
