The chunkier vegetables are noticeable and make your product more appealing.

Edgar, my pit bull, finally enjoys his meals since I started giving him Darwin's raw turkey with vegetables. The nutritional content is unbeatable..giving him the energy and good health of a much younger dog. He still enjoys playing with his friends!! Also, I'm always impressed when the food arrives frozen even in 90° weather. I wish the company did not have to use a large plastic bag in packaging but I don't see an alternative. Maybe they can come up with something.

Hi Barbara, Thank you for sharing Edgar's story with us! We're thrilled to hear that he's enjoying his meals and thriving on our Raw Turkey Meals with vegetables. Knowing that he has the energy, health, and playful spirit of a much younger dog is wonderful to hear. We also appreciate your comments about our shipping and are glad your food continues to arrive frozen, even during hot weather. Thank you as well for your thoughtful feedback regarding our packaging. We understand your concerns about the plastic bag and are always looking for ways to balance product safety, freshness, and environmental responsibility. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and will pass your comments along to our team. Thank you for being part of the Darwin's family and for giving Edgar the nutrition he deserves!

While the meat is great, the customer service isn't. Orders were delayed, delivered late, emails about delivery weren't sent. Worst of all the dry ice burned me! Complained to customer service and they promised to not send order with dry ice but they did so three more times. This is when I canceled my subscription.
