Hi Cindy, Thank you for being a loyal customer and for sharing your experience! We're so happy to hear that you've seen such positive results from feeding a raw diet over the years. It's wonderful that after returning to Darwin's, you noticed improvements like shinier coats, fewer hairballs, and less waste and odor in the litter box. Hearing these real-life observations from dedicated pet parents means so much to us. We're also thrilled that the beef recipe has been such a hit with four of your five cats, while the chicken remains a favorite for the fifth! Thank you for your continued trust and support. We're honored to be part of your cats' health and wellness journey.

Terrance, Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to receive a delivery at an inconvenient time, especially when you're expecting perishable food and need to be home to receive it. We also apologize that your package arrived damaged and that the food had started to thaw. That's not the experience we want for our customers or their pets. If this happens again, please take a photo of your box and email it to [email protected]. I will have a customer service representative contact you about your delivery schedule. Thank you.
