I have not been very pleased lately…
I have not been very pleased lately with delivery services and customer support.
When I was attempting to resync my deliveries to adjust invemtory on hand, I was informed that deliveries can only be rescheduled under very restrictive terms (i.e., "we only ship to your area on certain dates.")
Darwin's presents itself as a national food distributor. I work for an international food distribution business. If we told our clients we could only ship to them on certain dates, we would be laughed out of our business.
My last two deliveries have been problematic...with the latest arriving 4 days late, with the dry ice long before melted, the box damaged, and the entire contents in a state of mush, with several packets broken open.
I submitted feedback. Suddenly, the restrictive shipping dates didn't seem to matter. The replacement order arrived 3 days later.
What I discovered, when having to buy a local substitute in the face of a gap in delivery, is that there are equivalent nutritional substitutes available at lo al stores that are at least half the cost of Darwin's.
I am still mulling cancelling Darwin's.

My picky shepherd loves Darwin’s
My picky shepherd loves Darwin’s. We’ve tried a mix of recipes and they are all shepherd approved. Shipping is extremely fast and always arrives frozen. We highly recommend Darwin’s to anyone looking to put their dog on raw.
