The cat food was as g00d as ever but I changed the delivery day on the 6th to a November date, you gave me an "o k" to that on line, and have that saved as "reschedualed," and just luckily I was delayed from leaving home as I had planned and found a still frozen carton of kitty food at my back door which I saved from a sure hazardous thaw just in the nick of time. I have, since then, rescheduled my next delivery date by a month and should be fine. Thanks!

I’ve been with Darwins for years but my last two orders have been partially thawed when I received them. I was offered a refund on the first order but didn’t contact you about the second order. I was disappointed to find you are now using SHOP as they are known to sell personal information. I realize this may make you money by using them but at what cost to your customers.

We have been using Darwin for a very long time now, but I have noticed that the quality of shipping has declined greatly. We now live on a ranch with gate access only, and twice now, the box has been dumped at the gate. I'm not sure who you are using to deliver, but the box was so damaged, it almost looked round. I am happy to provide you with the gate codes, but I do need the package delivered to my home, not the gate. Thank you, Vern

Love the products and have a very healthy 16 year old Norfolk terrier. What I do not like is having to choose my preferences on the cookies each time. Once I make a choice, please save it and stop the time stealing of having to make do it again.

The ordering process, order handling, and delivery have typically been better than good. Product availability and the discontinuation of the rabbit protein are deal breakers for our household since 50-60% of our subscription is rabbit. Therefore, we are discontinuing our use of Darwins and turning to two other raw pet food providers that still offer rabbit and offer it for a lower cost per oz/lb. Sorry Darwins.

I like the food... but it hard to get the ordering dates correct so as not to wind up buying days/week of food at the grocery on top of this delivery charge. But my only BIG NEGATIVE IS PACKAGING! I'm not sure but it seems like it was perfect the first couple orders but has since fallen apart. First it was odd to get faulty/leaky packaging, then it became more frequent and now it is every order and almost every 4-pack. The main seem pulls apart into two portions just fine but the crossway seam of perforations does not and no matter what care I take - and even when nothing has stressed the packaging yet - most of them leak while defrosting (no, not just water from the ice), some don't leak until the cross seam has to be torn... often causing an off seam tear and leak... often no visible sign of tearing but leaking, despite looking whole. I'm irritated by it and have been meaning to call or write to you about it. Please get your packing peeps to get their quality up.

I am happy with the convenience and the quality of food. Just wanted you to be aware that I received my order on my doorstep at 3p the day of delivery. I got home at 7p and immediately opened it to put in fridge. It was already defrosting and some were soft when I grabbed them. I acknowledge that it was a very hot summer day but it would have been a shame if it all spoiled before I was able to get home and put it in the freezer.
