I’ve been feeding my Golden Retrievers Darwin’s for almost 2 decades. Their food has been keeping my dogs, past and present, healthy for many, many years. It is an investment in my dogs, which is an investment in my life! I like that it’s freshly made just before shipping, and shipping and delivery are always on time. Any subscription changes can be made through great customer service if not online. My one suggestion would be to make the online account access more intuitive, less cumbersome and offer the ability to confirm the changes I’ve made in the food subscription order.

The raw food itself is great. The packaging is garbage. I'm going to keep making this same reivew until sometthing changes. I have made several like it. Everything is just tossed into a box, left to shuffle around, frozen, so when they defrost, there are holes in the plastic and it makes for a huge mess. Not to mention, it oxidizes since there are holes. WORK ON THE PACKING OF YOUR BOXES!!!

We are year’s long customers. All continues to go very well except in the area of price. I think there have been 3 price increases in the past year or so. I fear you’re going to price yourself out of the market, or at least our person market.

i was credited for food that arrived thawed out. this has happened so many times that i needed to find another raw food company. i've been with Darwin for 10+ years i just wish the delivery was better and cost more affordable

Everything has been great, the products are awesome and my cat loves them. It would be 5 stars, but my last order arrived very late (stuck in transit) and all of the product was expires/ruined
