I’ve seen the difference this food makes for my 15 year old cat. She was really struggling with keeping up her weight and a lot of vomiting on her previous food. At the recommendation of my vet, I switched to this brand and she is doing so much better - putting on weight, her fur is beautiful and she is much more playful.

The delivery service had delayed my order by a day and my raw food arrived warm and I could not use it. I Left a message for customer service and they called immediately and replaced my order at no charge. Five days later my full order arrived on time and cold, as it should be. Great customer service! I have been using Darwin's for 3 years and never had an issue. The delivery delay was not their fault and they still took care of me.

We’ve been providing Darwins (beef, chicken or turkey) to our two dogs for over ten years and have never had an issue with the quality of the product. We have had a few (2-3) delivery snaffus over that period but it was always resolved to our complete satisfaction. And our pups have always loved their meals and we have been grateful for the small and well formed stools that have resulted!
