Hi Dave, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that you've found the ordering process easy and that you're happy with the quality of our food. We're sorry, however, that your shipping experience hasn't been as smooth. Late deliveries, damaged boxes, and receiving food that isn't fully frozen can certainly be frustrating, and we understand your concerns. We work hard to package our products to maintain their quality throughout transit, so we're disappointed to hear that your order did not arrive in the condition you expected. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify opportunities to improve our shipping experience and better serve our customers. Thank you for giving Darwin's a try and for taking the time to share both the positives and the areas where we can do better.
