The best food for my dogs. Darwin staff communicate well and ship on time. Easy to change shipping dates. They let us know if there is an issue. Issues has always been things that Darwin has no control over, that regulators nit pick over. I've never had a problem with their raw food products. Packaged well and shipped so it comes very frozen. Best of all my dogs love their food. I do need to add that Darwin's food is about 1/3 of their dinner, not 100%. I have 3 medium sized Huskies, so they do eat a lot and I need to use other food products, ie. Freeze dried and dehydrated, to supplement their diet with Darwin's raw food.

I have been ordering from this company for years and have never had a problem. My dogs love the food. I live in the middle of nowhere so sometimes in summer the dry ice doesn't last. But still, its not been a problem.

I commented on how healthy my friends dog looked: beautiful coat, shiny eyes. She said it was from the Darwins. My cat hadn't been thriving so I ordered some. It made a huge difference. I know this sounds hyperbolic, but it's true. And the customer service is the best! I hope you never go corporate/AI.

Flexible scheduling and re-scheduling, delivery on time, quality food my dog's love. I gave a 15 year old with some health problems, but she eats well at every meal. You can't ask for more than this.

Great product and great customer service. My dogs have been eating Darwins for over 10 years. They stay healthy with beautiful coats. The food comes delivered to my door, fresh and frozen. If I have a question I can call customer service and talk to a real person!

I mistakenly double ordered and I didn't have room in my freezer for the second order. I was credited by Darwins I and gave the second order to two different friends who say their dogs LOVE the food. You may get new customers from this! My dog loves it too and I feel great feeding him human grade healthy food. Thank you!
