They keep your money after you pay shipping and customs to return an item. (Unused with tags and they confirmed received) "We will refund you in 5-7 days" 20 emails to remind them nicely and 4 months later, no refund. As others mention, their stock is not accurate, so you pay for an item and they just say 'sorry it is out of stock' Good luck with refunds!
