Initially I'm always skeptical about ordering online especially through Instagram, however I took the risk and I bought my dream dress. I would 100% recommend buying from this site, it's trustworthy, fast, clothing is made with quality materials, and they even emailed me regarding if I was happy with the purchase, and if I received it. Which makes me very happy, that they appreciate their customers 🖤 10/10

The dress was beautiful and came a couple weeks after I ordered. The only difference is the corset, which did not include the ruffles shown. It was still gorgeous and fits great!

ACHTUNG! BILLIGE QUALITÄT UND BETRUGVETSUCH. Der schlechtest Shop in dem ich je bestellt hab. Das Kleid kam an und war nicht nur in echt mieser China Schrott Qualität, sondern war zudem auch komplett verschnitten, schief und die Träger waren nicht da wo sie hin gehören. Ich wollte es an die Absender Adresse nach Hamburg zurück senden und wollte mein Geld zurück. In einem langen Mail Austausch hieß es, wenn ich das Geld wieder haben möchte muss ich das Kleid selbst nach China in deren Fabrik senden (Kosten ca 45€, Kleid war 140€) . Ich bestand immer wieder darauf, dass ich es an die Absender Adresse zurück senden möchte und wollte mein Geld zurück erstattet. Vielen Mails weiter sollte ich mir doch einfach ein anderes Kleid aussuchen und bekäme noch ein Geschenk dazu. Ich kündigte an den Fall bei Paypal zu öffnen und so bekam ich dank des Käuferschutzes mein Geld zurück. Der Shop hat laut Paypal nichtmal auf deren Nachricht geantwortet.

Honestly a really good website, it’s the only online shop that i bought from that emailed me to know if i got the packages. I think i ordered a total off 5-8 peace of clothes on the website? I got an issue with only 1 and it was the punk rave vest only made of chains. It was missing 1 chains on the vest and all i had to do was send a picture of the defective product and they send me back a new one without any kind of fee. So overall customer service is super good, the package always arrived on time and the clothe are hella cool.
