I really enjoyed buying from Dark In Closet. Paying was a little weird but other than that everything was great and the customer service is n°1. I ordered two masks from them and love them both as they are easy to breather through and mostly comfortable. The only thing I need to get around is the fact that the string hurts my ears a little :)

I ordered a dress, and got an email it was out of stock a bit after. The customer service was amazing though, they were super helpful, and in the end I wound up getting the dress I originally wanted anyway. It’s a lot higher quality than I’d expected and actually really comfortable

I received my order today, and have to say the quality exceeded all my expectations. I followed measurement guides and everything fits perfect. I have passed the website on to two people already which I would not do unless I was sure that they would be happy as well. I will order from Darkincloset again for sure!

BUYER BEWARE. I bought a pair of boots as a birthday gift. Unfortunately they didn't fit but I was confident in the 7 day return policy they have in place. After reaching out to Darkincloset about the issue they did try to find a larger size but with no success,so I requested a refund and that's when the stonewalling began. Through many emails they tried to talk me out of returning them at first saying it would be very expensive to send them back and maybe try selling them on Ebay. My question is, regardless if I was exchanging or returning them, the boots would have to be shipped back in order to be exchanged for another pair or for a refund, right? They did offer to refund me $22 back? Not sure where they came up with this amount? Anyway they won't refund my boots and they didn't even refund the $22. - This company does NOT REFUND! Also -This company is NOT based in the UK as stated on their webpage. It is based in China. So if you purchase anything from this site and need to return it you can be assured Darkincloset will Not Refund you!
