Do NOT give this company the opportunity to take your money. Their products are nice, but not worth the risk. Amazon, Etsy, Wish, even AlliedExpress are more reputable and reliable companies. They are in China, not UK. They don't honor their return policy. They have terrible customer service.

Always ships out early and comes in great condition. They cater to all different styles and communication is wonderful! I've bought from DarkinCloset multiple times and they never dissapoint.

I recently bought a pair of pants and some gloves from them during a sale from them. The gloves weren't in stock, and they let me know right away after I placed the order. They did ask me if I wanted another pair of gloves, and while I wasn't interested in what was in stock, they offered similar options for what was in stock. A compromise was reached with offering me a coupon ($20) which was slightly more than the sale value of the gloves (the gloves being $18 at sales price instead of $23 at regular price). The rest of the order (the pants) came in...much faster than expected. I expected to wait at least a week given general international shipping procedures and the pandemic--but I ended up getting it in about four days after the order had been shipped and we reached the compromise. The pants came, and they were as described. No complaints there. Not only were they courteous enough to keep me informed of any other order changes, they put in a few extra surprise gifts. And they let me know that the coupon was good for the year. I'm definitely coming back to them once I get the chance. I look forward to doing business with DIC again.

Less than impressed with the quality, and even though the company is supposed to be English, the package was sent from China. It also appears that I'm lucky the skirt fits. Otherwise it would have been a nightmare. Not using them again. Edit: Just got a mail from them: "If you would like to write a good review, and email us after the review is completed, a 5 dollars coupon will be sent to you as a gift." It's pathetic!

I absolutely love this website. Their customer service is superb. Any questions I have they respond sometimes within 10-20 minutes. I love their merchandise and the delivery is always fast. I have ordered about 4 times in the past month. Their delivery service always sends you texts and let you know exactly what day they will deliver and when they deliver they take a pic and send it to you to let you know that it's at your door. The sizes though tend to run smaller but it's not a problem cuz I always go size up. I'm very happy with them and will keep on ordering! I highly recommend this website.

The package was delivered on time, customer service is very friendly but I couldn’t see which item was in stock.

I had an excellent experience with the staff. The product I ordered wasn't available so they made sure to contact me and keep me updated during the production process. The garment in itself was very soft and comfortable. I am super happy with my order.
