I would like to move my massage chair from upstairs to downstairs. I am having a problem getting it out the door after taking the door off and removing the legs and the arms. Can someone from the company come out and move it downstairs, it is extremely heavy. I've had it two and a half years.Thank you.

The Hubble Massage chair notification were nice to see when the chair was going to be delivered. The two young men that delivered the chair were fairly quick and I was concerned about some noise of a small screw or plastic falling inside the chair when they had to tilt it up to get it through a door way, I mentioned that I heard something rattle in the chair base when they moved it. It was quickly brushed off as it shouldn’t be a problem. Also when plugging in the foot section there was a blue spark flash when connecting the connector into the chair portion. Was concerned about that as well. Not sure if they should have had the power on when making the connection. That can easily damage a circuit. But nothing was said about it. Everything did seem to test okay when it was fully assembled. How can I be certain that these little things won’t be a problem in the future? After trying the chair now for a couple of weeks it feels great. Some concerns are that piece hopefully won’t be an issue and I cannot keep the blue tooth connected without shutting the switch off and then it will reconnect. Once connected it works okay but after awhile I have to do the switch again. And the shoulder pads don’t really get to my shoulders except in the extend program. It is a bit noisier than I thought. When the travel switches directions you can hear that movement. The chair feels great, not trying to be overly skeptical but I do wonder about those things. I am enjoying the chair, just hopefully it will last for the money that is paid for something like this. It does feel great though. I am thankful to have the chair but how will little things like that be affecting the chair in the future. Thanks so much David in Oshkosh Air-force veteran

The circuit board you sent finally fixed my chair to tip top working condition, and after waiting since November of last year, it's a welcomed relief. I was actually amazed after paying so much for this chair that the repairs would be that painless, but it was all due to the technicians in Southern California working with me on the telephone. Particularly Hyme! He understood what was going on and had the confidence that I could work on the chair somewhat myself and we replace the remote and a circuit board through the mail and that he trusted that I could put it in, which was fairly simple. This way we determine the problem to the chair and thankfully it’s working again as I really like this chair. The cost doing it this way it was very low, as opposed to having to take the chair to a shop. Thank you Hyme.

The Daiwa Supreme is not for everyone. I purchased and tested it for two weeks and concluded that it would not work for me. The good things are that it is a comfortable chair, it appears to be heavy duty, it is pleasant looking, and the stretch program is INCREDIBLY powerful. For those wanting stretch, this is it (my back cracked every time, it was just short of painful). There are three reasons for return (they are the three missing stars). 1) The programming is woefully inadequate. I have owned two previous chairs in the moderate price range and their programming was way superior. Programming the rollers and orchestrating the aircells are the heart of the chair. It is the personality. One example: ALL of the 12 auto programs use only low speed range and 2-4-6 width, ALL OF THE TIME. They spent nothing on programming. 2) The upper rollers when travelling vertically, roll over the vertebrae a lot, and smash C6-T2. (beware this problem, it is painful). 3) The final complaint is delicately sensitive: how can I put this? The bottom roller carriage (4 rollers) which claim to be gluteus maximus massagers do not go out from the center. They are rollers but feel like probes and they are probing in restricted territory! I could describe the characteristics but (butt?) the reader should self explore. I realize that this review is disturbing. I wish I read it first. I switched to the Super Novo after a test drive.

This is an extremely popular chair with excellent reviews and feedback. Given the situation, we would like to discuss with you the proper operation and functions of the chair. It seems like you did not have a chance to learn more functions of the chair to unlock its full potential. The speed, strength, and width range of the chair are fully customizable. The rollers in the bottom of the chair, as well as the back rollers, are not physically capable of of reaching the center of the chair, therefore, they should not be capable of rolling over the vertebrae or the between the buttocks.
