My order failed to leave China, after I mentioned it, they shipped a new one out so fast. The silk is very soft, but also very thin. I can see the pattern on my pillow through it.

My main concern was that the size chart for their underwear is very different from the one we use in the United States. When my first order arrived, I complained, and offered to return the unused underwear. They declined to pay for the return shipment costs and offered me a small partial refund, as well as a coupon code to place a new order in a larger size. When I tried to use the coupon code they gave me, however, it did not work.

I bought a men's silk tee and a woman's blouse, both were excellent quality with correct sizing. I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery because of logistics and Covid. I got update emails and a free silk hair piece for the wait

Placed my order two weeks ago. It said the shipping should be 5-7 business days but that has passed so I attempted to contact to ask when the shirt would be shipped but have gotten no response. I need this shirt for graduation and it’s really frustrating to pay 120$ for a shirt that’s not going to get here on time.
