pretty dresses, very cumbersome return process. I likely won’t order here again,

I tried for days to return a blouse that is lovely and good quality but too small and not the right color. I tried both the phone number and URL listed on their website without success. Finally, yesterday I got a response to an e-mail I successfully got through. Today (one day later) I received a response which included an apology and detailed explicit information on how to make my return. In summary, I find their products great but hope they will pay attention to revising the information about returns on their web page. Also of note, they in fact have no telephone customer service and should remove the phone number listed in "Returns".

The fabric is lovely, but the color was a lot more pale than I thought it would be. I realize color is difficult to be accurate on the screen. I have decided to keep it though.

Machte qualitativ einen hochwertigen Eindruck. War allerdings etwas zu groß und mit dem eingenähten Unterrock war es mir zuviel Stoff . Also auf eigene Kosten problemlos zurückgesandt und nach 6 Tagen schon Geld zurück ! Top .. Kundenservice hat immer direkt geantwortet.. ein Stern Abzug da kein kostenloser Rückversand möglich

Beautiful clothes. Extremely well tailored. Fabulous fabrics. I did have to wait a good two/three weeks because they were so overloaded with Mother's Day orders. But they did respond to my emails.

Die Bluse ist perfekt gearbeitet, sitzt top und sieht sehr gut aus. Angenehm zu tragen. Ich kann nur schwärmen. Leider war die Lieferzeit mehr als 6 Wochen. Aber das schmälert nicht die hohe Qualität und den sicheren Versand.

The two silk shirts I purchased are excellent - BUT, they have an unexpected disadvantage in not having a conventional shirt collar suitable for wearing under a coat. It seems it would be difficult to have them altered for use with a coat. Do you have silk shirts that do have a conventional collar?
