No delivery or communication
I have placed an order for the belt, payment taken and confirmation email received. No delivery received, no tracking and no communication since. Rather frustrating, would really like to receive the item that you very quickly took payment for ! Please revert !!!

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service. Kept informed of delivery. Item is as explained and arrived in good condition. Only been wearing the belt fir 24 hours but already feel the difference. Will order from them again, can recommend👍

Correspondence needs to be improved
Correspondence needs to be improved. I ordered the belt on the 3rd February and heard nothing for 3 weeks. I couldn't use the tracking app as it was blocked by my IT system due to it's location (China). I eventually managed to find out that the item had arrived in the UK but was sitting at my local Yodel distribution centre waiting for me to collect it. It was only delivered (on the 3rd March) after I contacted the centre and complained. There was no communication from Dainley whatsoever.

Unfortunately, Yodel is not informing us if there are any issues with delivery. :( We checked your order and it seems that your phone number is missing on your order - this sometimes causes the delay in delivery since the courier cannot call when they will be doing the delivery. What a scam!
What a scam! They've set up every trick in the book with their eCommerce and Email Marketing gimmicks to try to make you buy any of their products. But what happens after you pay? Nothing happens! You get an email that you order is confirmed, but no one ships it to you. It's that simple. If you try to track in on their website, the response is 'Not Shipped Yet'. Is this a real company or just a boy in his mama's house playing video games and making us his passive income? Go figure. It's as if sciatica pain ain't bad enough and we have to deal with that BS too!

You were paid and I didn't receive my belt!
I ordered a belt on 2/22/2023 shipping said 3 to 7 days it is now 3/6/2023 and still no belt . I call the number and no one answered I cent a text no one replies. So it seems that I would think twice about ordering.

Took 2+ weeks to get it from China. Have used it for a couple of days. Too early to pass judgement on its effectiveness

Miracle Belt…
This belt has given me back the ability to walk around shops, and just generally walking about. Next to no pain which Is great after suffering for a few years with back pain which was worse when standing still in queues. I would recommend anyone to try this out.
