I wrote a review concerning my order of the Dainely Belt, and i said it was never received. After my review i received an email from the support team and i decided to follow up on my order, my experience with the support team especially Emma who provided me with an excellent service by doing a follow up on my order only for me to find out that my parcel was delivered to the wrong address, this was not the fault of the company dainelylab but the delivery company. Immediately Emma ordered a replacement for me and it was also delivered to the wrong address. This was frustrating and i sent an email to the support team that i am giving up on my order. After writing emails back and forth with Emma i found my parcel delivered to my neighbor's house just opposite my house. I went to my neighbor's house with the picture i received from Emma and found my parcel. I want to recommend this company to everyone who wishes to place any order for any of their product, they are reliable and efficient, most especially Emma. You are the best. Thank you.

Don't waste your time and money. It's a scam. I orders on 3rd Aug 2023 and never received anything my order was not shipped. You receive emails requesting more details (A shipment from order #85243 is on the way). Terrible! Stay away.

Great Customer service. Sadly Dainely belt did not work for me, but they replied same day I put in to return and went out there way to help me. Great service, Thanks.

Amazing product, if i believe in miracle or magic, it is Daniel belt. I was really suffering from lower back pain and it's help me a lot to reduce a pain. I have been wearing it for a week now and felt a huge difference. Thanks.

I bought knee and back supports and the knee broke in 4 or 5 uses but I emailed them and they responded quickly and said they would replace the knee brace and I didn't have to pay to return the broken one. I haven't received it yet because it was only a few days ago. So when I receive the new knee brace I'll update. Thank you.

What a joke, I placed an order and of course they charge your credit card immediately but absolutely no confirmation email no way to track the order. No email on if it's been shipped. Pretty sure this company is just a scam.

Love my Dainley belt and LOVE this company. They stand by their product.
