My belt was not functional anymore. It had stretched out, and the Velcro wore down. I emailed and Emma went into action and took care of it . Big time Kudos to Emma great Customer Support on her part 👍🏼🙏🏼💯

Great customer service!! I was not seeing results from the belt for my sciatica and when I reached out, Emma responded quickly and offered a solution to save me money. She explained the cost of shipping the belt back would be high and offered instead for me to keep the belt and also give me a free item of my choosing!
