I didn't try out the product yet as i received it way too late. But i am not happy about the delivery by the local courier here in Thailand (Flash Express). On the tracking site was mentioned that he called me twice before he handed it over to me personally and that i signed for it.... These are all LIES !!! He gave it to someone else i've been told after doing some research. That someone else never gave that parcel to me ! I had to find out by calling my landlord.

had a little problem of getting hold of customer service email wasnt going through but i did get ahold of emma and she was a great help of getting everything resolved great company they stand by customer satisfaction 100%thanks once again emma

I ordered the wrong size belt. I contacted customer service and they responded in a timely manner. They helped get the problem corrected. Appreciated the good communication.

I was afraid to buy online and then maybe do not get my parcel, but I was kept up to date with everything and in a very kind way and the person who delivered my parcel made it a nice experience Now I'm looking forward to using the Dainely belt on my lower back Thank you for answering my questions and following up on my delivery

In my particular case, a very strong pain appeared after a ~2 hours use. I gave it a second chance but got the same result so I've stopped using it and will never use it again.
