Never received my order! (Ordered from Cyprus in July 2023, order #82599) and waiting an update and refund ever since. Customer service said they will track my order and get back to me and I am waiting for an update more than 2 weeks! Reply: I don't have a US address!!!! Your reply is a joke. I did reply to your email and never received an answer or a refund! Still waiting for a refund or replacement almost 3 months after placing order.

Hello Alexia, We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We responded to your email to us. There must have been a mix-up as this has been delivered to a US address. If you can respond to our email, we can sort this issue out. We appreciate your patience.

I got my product delivered to me on the 18th September 2023 according to the specific days for delivery. Right now I just started using it and hope to give a positive feedback much later as the effect is not automatic. Thanks.

Never received product. Buyer beware.. They never ship your product.. Use the excuse they sent to wrong address then never ever send to correct addresss. Check out BBB to so others had same issue.

Hello Jeff, We are so sorry for the experience. We checked our record and it seems that we asked you few information regarding your order as it was returned back to us. We sent you an email last September 5, 2023 and did not get any response. If you can respond to us on our email thread with your complete address and phone number, we can send it right away.
